Breath
Although breath is self-autonomous and invisible activity, it contains a lot about what & who we are, ie. many patients breathe swallow or fast.
It is very important to cultivate proper ways of breathing in order to achieve abdominal breath, cultivate and expand one's abdomen, and also promote inner power to interlink oneself with nature for enlightenment. There are three different methods of breathing techniques in GiCheon as below: |
